We are looking for strong leaders to join our team. We are seeking a qualified candidate to assume a Direct Support Supervisor position in the Northeast Region at one of our new programs, Autumn!
Hours: Base schedule will be Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm, with on call emergency response responsibility
Status: Full-time-40 hours/week (8 of these hours will be scheduled “off the floor” doing non-direct care tasks)
The DSS is the leader and the main resource for assigned direct support professional (DSP) staff. The DSS must always possess professionalism, demonstrate independence with problem solving, and have the ability to enhance the employment experience and success of direct reports. The primary role of this position is to support, mentor, and assist the direct support staff with developing skills for successful employment.
