Primary duties of the Operations Support Specialist include:
The Operations Support Specialist is a critical role and must work collaboratively with Operations Management and other company departments that support our operations. The Operations Support Specialist reports to the Operations Support Manager, who reports to the Operations Support Director.
Qualified individuals must possess at least five (5) years of experience providing community based residential support services in long term care and supervisory experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to work under tight deadlines, exercise good judgement, and effectively problem solve. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills. The right candidate must quickly adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility, autonomy, responsiveness, and overall must possess a high level of initiative.
